Astronomy Night

For years, the stars have been considered heaven's guideposts. Observers looked to the night sky to predict everything from a change of weather to a change of leaders. Enjoy an evening outdoors, as you gaze into the heavens, learn the constellations, and peer through the telescopes of our volunteer astronomers. If cloudy skies occur, we will have a presentation prepared while we wait to see if the clouds break. (BRING: Warm clothing, Red cellophaned flashlight, binoculars, optional beach chair. Please note: participants must be registered or on the wait list by 4:00 pm on Friday. INTERPRETATION LEVEL: Moderate; FITNESS LEVEL: Easy.)  Ages:8 & up.

Preregistration required. Email for reservations and directions or call 949-489-9778.

Donation:  $10/adults; $5/child (8-18); FREE/Supporters
